You must be a previous contact lens wearer before ordering from our website, O-lens.co.in. If you have never worn contact lenses before, we recommend that you visit your Eye Care Specialist to establish tolerance to contact lenses first.

 

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS All Terms and Conditions are applied to agreements made on the O-lens.co.in website with written acceptance by O-lens™. These conditions are formally accepted by the Purchaser at the time of purchase. With confirmation of the order, you declare as the Purchaser that you agree to these conditions. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions shall be considered valid only after written acceptance by O-lens.co.in.

 

2.YOUR ACCOUNT OBLIGATIONS In consideration of your use of the Site, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the checkout form for your account information (the “Account Information”) and (b) maintain and promptly update the Account Information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.

4. RESPONSIBILITY OF PURCHASER AND WARRANTIES All items sold on O-lens.co.in are delivered in original packaging and in accordance with the information sent by the Purchaser. We are not responsible for errors in the information made by the Purchaser at the time of order. The responsibility of proper use of the lenses and following the instructions included in each product, falls upon the Purchaser.

It is up to the Purchaser to follow proper maintenance, seek eye care and to regulate the tolerability of their own lenses. For this reason, we recommend a visit to your Eye Care professional every 6 months and that you follow the advice given in the instructions accompanying our product.

 

5. VALID PRESCRIPTION REQUIRED You hereby certify that you have a valid prescription or having at least the knowledge of your current prescription for the contact lenses that you are ordering. You represent and warrant to O-lens.co.in by placing an order that your information you enter into the Site is valid and true and matches exactly your prescription as provided by your eye care professional. You further certify that you will renew your prescription in strict accordance with your eye care professionals suggested regime.

By ordering online on our website you hereby CERTIFY that you are aware of your current prescription or you may contact your eye care professional to obtain such information. Contacting your eye care professional has to be given us in writing via e-mail or in writing to our postal address mentioned on contact us page.

 

6. COLOR AND PRODUCT DESCRIPTION We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any color will be accurate. We have attempted to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that the product descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by the Site is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

8. CLAIMS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES The Purchaser has the right to withdraw any order within 24 hours from the day of purchase. This right does not apply to packages that have been opened, or to the lens construction (in case of special order for specific power), except if the goods are damaged or defective. We will issue a full refund or replacement of goods in case prescription contact lenses are supplied to the wrong specification as per your prescription.

We cannot replace the lens or issue a refund if you do not like the color or the powers you have ordered are not suitable for your eyes or in case you have already opened blister. We recommend that you consult with your Eye Care professional BEFORE ordering from our store.

We can only accept returns if the lenses are found to be factory defective which is claimed within 7days from the date of purchase at the optical shop or any outlet, and which is claimed within 7days from the date of receipt of delivery in case of online order. If Purchaser does not report defection within 7days after purchase at the offline store or after receipt of shipment of online order, exchange/refund is not possible at any reason as it is considered that you agree not to raise your right of claim after 7days.

Refunds will not be made once lens is opened and refund will be limited to the maximum value of the original order and will be issued against the same credit or debit card account as supplied to pay for the goods, however seller can make refund by another way according to availability of payment system.

We reserve the right to proportionately reduce the level of the refund if only some of the original quantity of contact lenses or optical products is returned, or if it is clear that some of the products have been used, and cash on delivery charge INR90.0 per packet will not be refunded. In case of complimentarily offered lens are defective, they will be exchanged according to specific condition only which was applied at the issuance of complimentary lens and will not be return in cash at any reason. In case you receive factory defective lenses, we will exchange them free of charge. Defective contact lenses may only be exchanged for the exact same lens model, color and prescription.

) 1.Contact us within 7 days from the receipt of your shipment.

2.Send the complete packaging of your shipment back to us (package and two packed lens)

3.In case blisters were opened, place the lenses in the lens case with the contact lens solution and send back with the box and any unopened blisters

4. Please note that any defective lenses must be returned before we can exchange them (Offline Purchase)

1.Contact us (India H.Q.) or the any offline store who deals in O-Lens within 7 days from the day of purchase.

2.Bring the complete packaging of purchase (package and two packed lens)

3.In case blisters were opened, place the lenses in the lens case with the contact lens solution and bring them to the shop with the package and any unopened blisters.

4.Please note that any defective lenses must be returned before we can exchange them Insured shipments damaged by the Carrier are not subject to exchange/refund. We recommend that you do not accept deliveries which are obviously damaged. The costs of returning the goods to us will be paid by the Purchaser. The purchaser agrees and accept this policy.

 

9. ORDER

9.1 MUST READ BEFORE ORDERING If it is your first trial of contact lens, we recommend that you definitely visit your eye care professional and do enough practice how to wear contact lens. We recommend you to purchase contact lens after fully understand the usage guideline and cautions from “HOW TO USE” page of O-lens.co.in such as how to tell proper side of lens, how to wear lens and how to store lens in clean, etc.

Misuse or mishandling of contact lens could cause several eye troubles. O-lens.co.in does not take any liability for any side effect or eye disease caused from contact lens. Minors must purchase contact lens with parents’ consent. O-lens.co.in does not take any liability for any matter is caused by non-consented purchase. Please do order O-lens in case you surely agree on above terms & conditions.

9.2 ORDERS Cancellation by O-lens.co.in Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified our payment processor’s credit and fraud avoidance department.

We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will inform you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit / debit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

We will seek authorization on your Card for the aggregate amount of the order placed by you, however, we may charge your card (capture) only with the amount corresponding to the actual portion of the order that we are able/willing to fulfill, and any associated shipping charges/taxes and levies etc. Any surplus amount, for which we might have originally sought and received an authorization on your card from your Card Issuer, if not captured by us in the time period stipulated by our Payment Processor, will not be captured / charged. If however the same is charged to your card / bank account in error, we will refund it as soon as the same is realized by us or brought to our notice, whichever is sooner.

9.3 Coupon/Discount/Promo/Special codes (CODE ) User Guidelines

 Any CODE which is used for getting any discount or deduction in total order amount is limited to use by the guidelines or policies as per www.o-lens.co.in (OLENS). Any decision in this matter by OLENS will be final and binding to all parties

1. The CODE is not transferrable to anyone if issued for specific person. If found used not as per applicability, OLENS may cancel/modify/change/limit the order(s) on its own sole discretion.
2. The CODE shall be applicable to get discounts on product(s) total amount only and not on applicable taxes/shipping charges.
3. There is a limitation of use for each CODE issued/displayed/shown on our website. CODEs should be used as per their terms and conditions only.
4. If any CODE does not work, the user/customer/visitor are not expected to demand any manual discount(s) or any special discounts.
5. CODEs should be used under the duration for it is specified. Any codes will not work after the valid duration of that code. If there is any technical glitch, human error, or anything, then OLENS is free to take a decision on its own and it will be binding to all parties (customer/visitors/users).
6. Coupon/Discount/Promo/Special codes will be treated as CODEs for this policy.
7. Coupons are valid for a limited time only. OLENS reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.
8. If you do not purchase the qualifying items added to your Cart when the CODE is in effect, the discount will not apply.
9. The CODE applies only to qualifying items applicable the CODEs offer. Any decision in this matter by OLENS will be final and binding to all parties.
10. The CODE offer will not be valid until it is applied to the qualifying item.
11. The CODE may only be used on www.o-lens.co.in and in conjunction with the purchase of products shipped and sold by OLENS and not on products sold by anyone else.
12. The promotion is limited to one CODE per customer, until specifically anything mentioned about this.
13. Promotion is not applicable for any services/shipping charges/applicable taxes.
14. If you return any of the items purchased with a CODE, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
15. Applicable shipping and handling charges apply to all products.
16. Some of the CODE require a minimum purchase amount/minimum cart value for applicability unless anything mentioned, specifically on our websites.
17. Code is restricted and shall be affected by the products availability.
18. CODE shall be void if restricted or prohibited if there is any specific law/ regulatory provision.
19. OLENS has no obligation for payment of any tax in conjunction with the distribution or use of any CODE.
20. Customer/Visitor/user is required to pay any applicable tax/ shipping fee related to the use of the CODE.

 

10. SHIPPING In case that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by O-lens.co.in for redelivery shall be claimed from you and you shall pay such cost. O-lens.co.in agrees to cover the shipping charge only once. Reimbursement is not permitted.

Our shipping method utilizes Delhivery, DTDC, ECOMEXPRESS, DHL including the tracking number for your order. Purchasers agree to track their own orders. Once the item has been sent and the Purchaser has received their tracking number, the Purchaser agrees to take over full responsibility for delivery.

10.1 Product Availability and Expected Dispatch Times Please expect 2-7 working days for plain and standard prescription order in stock.

We cannot offer any guarantee and the time indicated is approximate. Dispatch days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which will include your tracking number as proof the consignment was sent. Delivery times are approximate and not exact.

Any delay does not constitute the rescission of the contract between O-lens.co.in and the Purchaser. If insufficient data is given by the Purchaser to process the order, we will not be responsible for delays in delivery. In case of delays on our part beyond the reasonable time, we will issue a refund to the Purchaser.

10.2 Expected Delivery Time Delivery times will vary depending on your location. The average delivery time to all over India is within 7days excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that delivery time is approximate. We do not guarantee delivery times. O-lens.co.in takes no responsibility for delays caused by the quality of the postal service in each city. All products are sent via Delhivery or Aramax, EcomExpress, Fedex, DHL and the Purchaser must sign personally to receive their own goods. No one else may sign on their behalf.

 

11. PRICING Except where noted otherwise, the Your Price displayed for products on our website, represents the full price of the product with applicable taxes. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. For any reason if we are not able to ship you products as per your order,

we will intimate you electronically and refund the value of the products not available. Any additional Shipping Fees, if applicable, will not be refunded. 12.
