CANCELLATION, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
ORDER CANCELLATION
1. Cancellation Before Dispatch : The Purchaser can cancel any order before dispatch by writing us on sales@o-lens.co.in (Mon-Fri, 9am to 5:30 pm IST) . OLENS India ensures refunds within 7-15 business days, with 2% + GST deduction of applicable transactional charges.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch :To cancel kindly write to us on sales@o-lens.co.in (Mon-Fri, 9am to 5:30 pm IST) . OLENS India will refund (2% + GST transactional charges deducted) once the order has been received back at the warehouse. The refund will be processed within 7- 15 business days after the cancellation request is duly processed by OLENS India.
"OLENS India offers a hassle-free FULL REFUND option for prepaid orders through COUPON CODE (complete order value), ensuring a convenient and valuable credit for future purchases."Coupon codes or reward points are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order. If you had redeemed loyalty points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of a cancellation.
3. COD Cancellation:Out for Delivery COD cancellation needs to be canceled by providing OTP, sent to you on your registered mobile no. at the time of delivery.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN
4. Full Refund or No Cost Exchange claim will be processed for INCORRECT PRODUCT DELIVERY claimed within 3 days of receiving the order. Kindly write to us on sales@o-lens.co.in (Mon-Fri, 9am to 5:30 pm IST) with your order ID and product pictures( Note :- Please make sure the product remains in their original, unopened, or sealed condition for refund or return or exchange).
5. Exchange are acceptable for the factory-defect lens claimed within 7 days of delivery. Please note that any defective lenses must be returned before we can exchange them. Pickup & Re-shipping charges are to be borne by the customer which is Rs.160/- All Over India.OLENS India can assist with the exchange of damaged pairs. Kindly write an email to sales@o-lens.co.in with order details and pictures. If purchaser fails to report defection within 7 days after purchase at the offline store or after receipt of shipment of online order, then exchange/refund claim will not be accepted in any case.
A product can be exchanged only ONCE through the course of an order.
For Third Party Market Returns: Contact OLENS India H.Q. or any offline store who deals in OLENS within 7 days from the day of purchase.
We recommend our customers to not accept deliveries which are obviously damaged.
6. NO EXCHANGE/RETURN/REFUND WILL BE ACCEPTED IN THE FOLLOWING CASES :
👉 Damaged due to misuse & mishandling
👉 Product returned in used condition
👉 In case customer doesn't like the product 👉The powers customer have ordered are not suitable for the customer's eyes.(We recommend that you consult with your Eye Care Professional BEFORE ordering, as eyeglass power and contact lens power are different ) 👉 Items purchased or acquired through GIVEAWAYS and SALES, are not eligible for return ,exchange or refund 👉 Items purchased as part of the DAILY COMBO KIT are not eligible for return, exchange or refund
PLEASE NOTE IN SPECIAL CASES, IF RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE MADE AFTER 7 DAYS FROM PURCHASE, ARE ELIGIBLE FOR COUPON CODE ONLY.
