● Order Cancellation Policy-
Cancellation before shipment : The Purchaser has the right to cancel any order within 24 hours from the day of purchase by writing us on sales@o-lens.co.in (Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5:30 PM For prepaid orders the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Cancellation after shipment : In such cases, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse. For cash on delivery cancellation you need to cancel the order by providing OTP sent to you on your registered mobile no. at the time of delivery. In addition, we also provide the hassle-free option of refund for prepaid orders through coupons, which can be used during future purchases.
Coupon codes or reward points are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order. If you had redeemed loyalty points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of a cancellation.
●Exchange and Return
We will exchange and provide a full refund in case of the wrong product delivery We can only accept returns if the lenses are found to be factory defective which is claimed within 7 days from the day of purchase.
If purchaser does not report defection within 7days after purchase at the offline store or after receipt of shipment of online order, exchange/refund is not possible for any reason. A product can be exchanged only ONCE through the course of an order.
For Exchange and Return, customers need to born Pickup & Re-shipping charges which is Rs.160/- all over India In case of any factory defect, we will exchange them free of charge. Defective contact lenses may only be exchanged for the same lens model, colour and prescription.
Contact us within 7 days from the receipt of your shipment by logging into your account. Include the complete packaging of your shipment In case blisters were opened, place the lenses in the lens case with the contact lens solution and send back with the box and any unopened blisters
