1. Where do you deliver?
- We deliver all over India, right to your doorstep.

2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
- Yes, we do offer COD, but it's limited to certain pin codes. You can check during checkout. We also have pre-payment options available.

3. How long does delivery take?
- Delivery typically takes 2 to 7 working days after dispatch from Monday to Friday, depending on your city.

4. How can I track my package?
- After dispatch, you can track your order either by using the track OLENS option on our website ( https://olens.shipway.com/track ) OR By receiving an SMS and email with the AWB number and courier company info.

You can then track the AWB number on the respective courier company's website:

1. Where do you ship to and what are the rates? - We ship worldwide, and shipping is free for orders above $120( Except European Countries, Nepal & pakistan).

2. How long does delivery take? - After dispatch delivery typically takes 10 to 15 days for most countries. We use Post OFFICE & ARAMAX for shipping. Please keep this delivery time in mind when placing your order.

3. Where can I track my package? -Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an SMS and email with the AWB number and courier company info. You can use this AWB number to track your package on the post office or ARAMAX website.

Note: For international shipments, please be aware that customs duty may be charged according to your country's policies. Custom duty should be paid by customer only
